R & K express mart unpaid wages

Message for unemployeement labor department

hire in may but according to owner 4 day(8 hour) will be i\un paid free training, job hour 5 to 10 and some day 10 to 6 but after 6 in morning shift change and new associate count money it will take 6:30 to 6:45 to keep track and get new flowing customer, order to do so they not paying for 6 to 6:30 or until 6:45,if other (associate late coming)also my hour start from 20 to go up 60 and manage (owner )call me to stay and is not in schedule’s other Hispanic writing my hour in record and i trust when owner call me to stay over time 50 to 11 or 5 to 12 id schedule job is 5 to 10also Friday job not in schedule and owner call me to work ,i work and other associate got same day schedule they confused they call owner and then they leave(need only one persona at night)but that day i work i didn't got a pay & other associate worked he got paid.
This case is cheating, they must be have punch in punch out system, to report time in/out so the way they can track people in because I get in 10 pm and then senior busy and she calling boss about 10:20 or 10:30 hemal is here just now they not feel while busy with customer and they wont report to boss when I arrive on time or before 2 minute?. once I start work in training 8X4=hour & not paid after my wages start 5 to 10(2nd shift)1 st check was with 10 hour & I ask owner he said other 10 hour going in following week & then next week not show up then he said talk to Hispanic manager she will fix it for you when i talk to her she said let me talk to rajiv & later on she said he will calling you then he not call then i reported hour then he talk about to getting batter job to do & train your self so he will giving more hour.
it's hard to resolve this case because i can't any proof my self what time I start work & ends because they do not have time card or log in systemic ask other associate also=no? you come in shift & go what ever wrote in schedule paper on door, Thursday i told manage I cant work because school then owner settle instead other day  work & Hispanic scratch off Thursday & Friday, she working in different shift, No communication, I try to contact owner & he said contact Hispanic manager & their employee, switching thing not help no one will help, I trust owner when he like to put extra hour & I stay & schedule maker Hispanic do not know about, so no communication between owner & manager, or preplanning both are cheat me i use to do volunteer work in Hindu center but not here, so quit in June & re hire in July because they need me?.trouble maker manager(report school

unpaid wages,i feel like i am discriminated by owner and store manager,according tio thenm i count money after shift & we both employee working on the task take 30 to 45 minute & they should pay me,nut other associate said they not because when customer not present in store cashier stay behind counter,but i am not my job to feel soda,beer cooler make ice bag clean parking lot,inside sweep,mop,coffee area cleanand other area etc,help customer needed & clean bathroom change garbag bag & new stock soda cases in cooler if it's out sideby office area delivory by vendor,organizing in  inside cooler,make more space remove all card board,use cashier when customer purchase & watch & work i am not taking break because i got more resposibility,some product do inventory write but they said i wouln't,report in interview day off on thursd
