Piedmont gas disconnected since week

No one show up today i got a schedule for 12 pm for
technician
my service disconnected because not paid 163 dollar that is
include Jan to April and we was out off country since january15 to april1,2013
during time we not use any gas but last Monday gas
disconnected and I got a hardship we both do not have job since may2012our
income is 1000 gross per year and crisis ministry paid bill in December 2012 after
credit won't show up in account and according to calculation $22.56 I paid whatever
crisis won't paid then I am confusing how come bill forward to this month in April
163 dollar January we use gas only 15 day and I disagree with any bill go up
more than $100 in 15 day ? no way! and 163$ bill in April
April 22, 2013 Monday my gas disconnected and before that we
got incoming call for disconnection notice by phone on april12, 2013 and we near
late note instead call notice
when I visited april16,2013 at crisis ministry they hold me
and said they will not disconnecting gas today, so you fine and then surprise I
do not know when piedmont gas going to disconnect service
possible piedmont do not have technician for disconnecting
on day on april16,2013 then after week they disconnected without contacting
crisis ministry and do not contact me eight her last call made by gas co on
april12,2013 and call won’t help.
i need disconnect notice in statement
your technician has to re start service and i do not know
what time he will be coming today, according to customer service they will
going to call before they arrive at home and they call before 30 minute before
they come to my home and I am waiting for phone call ,actually I cannot go anywhere
because piedmont gas not give time period about what time they will coming for
restart service, if I should know they will coming between 12 to 3 then before
and after I can do my other work but I can't

time gas disconnected because over payment 84.00 not show up credit in account
for monthfebruary2014 disconnected on 06-25-2014 and start service after paying
bill in July and they start service after 8 day when I cll them, when they got
payment full they must have to start service immediately but they not start
service in three day then I call piedmont natural gas according to them I have
to set up day for technician apoiment
and this is surprise efor me
They were
telling me they wil start service when I paying full amount and they not make
it
Piedmont natural gas need to organize for service call and
technician order
