AAA towing experience

I am Hemal shah Last week on 10-14-2013 i towed car to Honda dealer at Huntersville And they estimate about 1800 $ and this is not my income in year 2012 or 2013 i decided to tow back to some private people I call AAA and talk to Linda according to her she collect my personal information and all other where is car is now and Did you pay to Honda dealer& and other =Yes while I was paying to Honda she was on phone and she like to talk with sales person and I hand it my Mobil phone to sale man and later on AAA associate Linda a refuse towing according to her she cannot tow business to business then I said OK do it business to my home if Honda not fix it OR I do not have $ 1800 plan to fix then & I have to tow back to my home but she said last week I tows car from my home to Honda Dealer& and you are not fixing then you have to pay for commercial rate and I do not understand then she told me AAA will going to charge and I got argument why they charge i tow only one time and I can't fix and pay $1800 if it could be some other problem in car. i start class in may 2013 and my advisor add up two class for same time,i did not get those paper with me on that day but i know room number ,i ask teacher about i had a class with you but i had two class and let me find out i walk other building in ' tylor' and find out and i have to go in math class,
so the day when i ask to teacher she look like rude to me in (room 322) unhappy answer =i don't know
semester end in June and i lost glasses i have to go back in class but class is active and door was locked,i knock door and same teacher was their who had a weird experience.
she told me to come around from lab the way to middle room to going in that class and i ask math teach abut situation ,she said you can go and i told her other teacher told me to come around and same thing i told Elinor was their in class and i told about i forget my glasses,after 10 minute they let me go,i open door trying to get in class, she stand up" and mad on me and said"how did you get here /who told you to come here?you not suppose to here class the door and i explain i forget my glasses feel like insult of my and i walk away with telling other teacher that fine if i am not get it my sunglasses  if other people take it then that fine i walk away

Monday i show my result on chapter 2 was in alternate test 1 is 0 5 and alternate test 2 is also 0 5 when i got 0 % i told teacher i got 0 5 something wrong is not supposed to be like this she said that is you answer what ever you did and test on scree wit you answer?
i am surprise when second assessment also with 0 % and i did not complain and i show she was get in my computer on seconds assessment(alternate test 20 and she close my google window
all over i like to find out she got a authority to check my screen and select question and answer ?!

7-15-2013 i got a go out for my personal problem,i visited community link for my house loan modification interview and med assist and care ring  and dss and come back in lab at 2;20 pm i sign up for reading skill (6000-21) and i start question and answer and teacher also came in lab about 3 and before i finish alternate test 3 she was here and when i complete test i founded 0 5 all their assessment in row i got 0 %what that means?

i got a hardship since I loos e my business in april2010

I use to have small community Neighborhood store since 2001 to 2010 It’s community modular home about 200 house and I had white, black and Hispanic customer

Major business I got after 4 pm when people back from work, 4 to 9

I doing business 8:30 to 4 pm around 150 4 sell and after 4 to ( pm 150 $ sell major customer purchase was average $ 3 and about 1000 customer visit a day, small item 10 Cent candy to up 13 4 corona beer Box the sell was very low compare to other business but I still paying my store and hose bill

Business reduce in 2008 and is effect to daily sell 250 to 275 day and I lost end of the year $6080 in 1040 S form and 2009 I also lost $9800 and 2010 its reduce sell 100 a day I lost 9000$

When I try to sell business no one like to buy low income store and when I bought store at the time in november2001 I paid to previous owner goodwill is $ 20000,when I close business in april2010 I loose my good will and I empty store on april30,2013

At the time I had a 7k in my personal account and I look for job in 2010 but I did not find job 7  apply on line but no one call for interview it’s cause I paying mortgage $835 at the  time

My spouse also working in store and according to account we take 1000 wage per month as is employee after tax and deduction we get only( 835X2=)month income

After we lost business January to march I got only 3000 wages as is employee myself and it’s count by ESC

I need full time or part time job and apply on line at walmart,target and other store and agency, staffing agency excuse they need office people or ware house people they cannot put me whatever I got store owner or manager experience or cashier experience. Many business ask for resume we handed to them I create different resume according to good year but they all not help door to door we walking down town area some staffing company I search in Google but they need IT tech not a other type of employment ,we join some basic skill computer class  so it’s my skill so when If needed we can work on the job 2012 we apply at “integra staffing co’ my spouse nil pa find job we both done drug test and pas it she start on april2 and then I drop her at 5 Th street and after 8 pm I going on exit 4 and using computer and send resume by fax in Esc office until 4 pm while she end work but not fine job but integra staffing call me for work on May 25 and I work that day and after they laid off many people !that was last day for IRS mail sorting  job

One location find full time job and I visited immediately and business is under construction and never open again after 6 month while I visited in Monroe area I checked still is closed ?so how I gone a trust ESC. hire in may but according to owner 4 day(8 hour) will be i\un paid free training, job hour 5 to 10 and some day 10 to 6 but after 6 in morning shift change and new associate count money it will take 6:30 to 6:45 to keep track and get new flowing customer, order to do so they not paying for 6 to 6:30 or until 6:45,if other (associate late coming)also my hour start from 20 to go up 60 and manage (owner )call me to stay and is not in schedule’s other Hispanic writing my hour in record and i trust when owner call me to stay over time 50 to 11 or 5 to 12 id schedule job is 5 to 10also Friday job not in schedule and owner call me to work ,i work and other associate got same day schedule they confused they call owner and then they leave(need only one persona at night)but that day i work i didn't got a pay & other associate worked he got paid.

my service disconnected because not paid 163 dollar that is include Jan to April and we was out off country since january15 to april1,2013

during time we not use any gas but last Monday gas disconnected and I got a hardship we both do not have job since may2012our income is 1000 gross per year and crisis ministry paid bill in December 2012 after credit won't show up in account and according to calculation $22.56 I paid whatever crisis won't paid then I am confusing how come bill forward to this month in April 163 dollar January we use gas only 15 day and I disagree with any bill go up more than $100 in 15 day ? no way! and 163$ bill in April

April 22, 2013 Monday my gas disconnected and before that we got incoming call for disconnection notice by phone on april12, 2013 and we near late note instead call notice

when I visited april16,2013 at crisis ministry they hold me and said they will not disconnecting gas today, so you fine and then surprise I do not know when piedmont gas going to disconnect service

possible piedmont do not have technician for disconnecting on day on april16,2013 then after week they disconnected without contacting crisis ministry and do not contact me eight her last call made by gas co on april12,2013 and call won’t help.

last time I had an accident with other car and report is on my fewer, panic lady hit me from back while I was stopping on highway 277 down town Charlotte to make an exit to get connecting to highway 77 near by exit 5B and behind me there was lot off space because in my rear person was not moving vehicle and he was talking on phone, about 4 car space gap was behind me and at the time from my left side on second road vehicle come in my lane behind me and she hit to my car(car damage on driver side rear)

now insurance company told me to talk to other party insurance at the time name “traveler insurance “and they record my and my wife statement and they need more proof and they said they will investigation on this case

no result Traveler agent Hispanic (given his email address and he need more info so i email to Hume video that I recorded after accident accord and that will not gone a help to him but damage of car can tell everything? I sign document whatever they going to pay me (scan and email to him) he won't understand he call me several time so he can change my statement but he fail, happen is happen I know & they know but they try to protect Hispanic lady who enroll in accident after two week he said he not working on this case anymore.

i have more than$5000 dollar bill, after accident i Vi Presbyterian hospital and they took my back and chest x-ray & wife nilpa got a bruises on stomach

i like to solve problem someone has to help me so I can go ahead paid to hospital and ambulance, if I am not paying then is going against me and my credit score going to be mess up

Please help me out Allstate I am posting my hospital bill and I request to work out VS party insurance and help me out on this case

cpcc college experience

done GED testing at cpcc ,i have to be their 8:25 and i get their 8:25 i forget my glasses and go back in parking lot back after 10 minute test start only two people including me,25 question with English and math(first test)i done 1t before time 9:00 am ,and after i got other three test and that also 25 question,one thing i do not like after test i hand it slip and is not instructor use rubber and scratch of my answer and select some!
comment: Before any issue on slip they must have to confirm they they doing with my answer slip and explain why and what reason behind to scratch my answer? any idea what i thinking and you?
fist test i start when i reach at question 26 then ask to instructor how many question i have to do she ask where you are i said i done 26 so she said stop ,
later on i founded i have to go all the way to finish up 50 question but i am not finish up and that is the why they selected medium test and in math i got 78% and score count out by 11 and78/11 mean 7.1 rounded my score and according to advisor my score is 6.1 means class set up for score 0.01 to 6.01  as is lower lever and 6.3 to higher in other class meas i suppose to be in other class with higher level but i am not?
i had a math test and English test on date july31,2013 and i done math test previously but i have to go for again

i join exam on july31,2013fisrt test i had math and i start test i am done and i told instructor i am done
first test was math then other chapter (test#2 i have to do that i do not know so i ask Lucinda i done test one do i have t do next page or next chapter she said go ahead you have to do behind bubble sheet and answer 25 question (one side i already answer) but test #2 i have to do in same bubble sheet on back page
math i am done 12:10 pm test was start on 11:am then i walk out side for break and my i was watery i clean up eye and come back
i notice i had a book on table it's next English reading test and bubble sheet was inside i ask lasanda where i have to start from/i do not know?she said where the bubble sheet are in side on page you start,i told her is on page one with first  chapter
also i ask how many question of answer i have to complete in  English reading test she told me only i have to do 25 question i ask also do i have to go more question on back page on bubble sheet she said no?
i complete test 1;00 pm and i review my question and answer again other student was also working on test ,i thought i am done quickly12;10 i given bubble sheet t Mr.Charles
then i visit in LAB at1 1:13 i log on
when i notice next day i am fail in English  and i got 6.1 score  in 25 question i thought it was very easy then where i am done incorrect in test!
i got argument with advisor is impossible that i am fail according to advisor i have to join other English class again !
i bl em for my score and i am frustrated i do not like to join any English class again then after  advisor was asking me over and over again that do you like to join lab and i said several time "yes' i do?
while Charles come over their he said i got your you fail means you fail  nothing they can do for me then Cristina (advisor) told to Charles he do not like to join this program anymore,
 while i told them some one has to review my test again and this question with Charles argue with me no one can review score for me and if you wanna leave then i can go other wise they will going to call security and throw out from college
they make me scream and i said OK i like to join next English class !
i went home and i keep think about my experience and i couldn't sleep at night
several time after i think and figure out why it is two test in math (both side on bubble page) and why is only 25 question on English reading test?(only one one side in bubble page) and also i think about how i am done early then other student who's working with reading test  !
then i thought look like i am fool my self might be have to do test no.2 on back on bubble sheet (bubble sheet test# 1 for one side and test 32 on other side)
also in past i done same way i had a two test for math and one test for English
first test i ask lalsanda and according to her i done two math test and according to her i have to answer only 25 question in English and( i done one test on inside bubble 25 answer) one side of bubble Sheet (i fail in English)look like she cheat me i have to do two test on that day
also after math class in jun30,2013 test Mrs lasanda was waiting for me to i can finish English test she left then i ask Mr .Charles how many answer i have to do in English he said one side 25 answer and after i finish 25 answer i said i am done then he ask me are you sure you done do you need more time to finish question and he told me i have to do only 25 question so i done then i have to said i  am done
and after done on this test i pass math 10.5 or 10.1 but still i am fail on English (Look like Mr. Charles lie to me i ave to do may be test #2 also for completing English test) if i am doing half test then i will getting 4.1 to 5.0 score because test is not complete with two different test

why i am done half test on all three test
since after pro test and after math class test and after English class test !
(past) April test:
first test in april2013 i got two test on math and i was get on 8:30 and lasanda refuse for test and i requested then after i 8;35 i for get my glasses then i told her to that i have to go in parking and get my eye glasses
i walk and run and come back in class and start test 8:48 and done 8;58 an then break and i start 9:05 other math test it was for few minute i done then go back in break and start Reading test and i am done at 11:00 am(april2013)
