AAA towing experience

I am Hemal shah Last week on 10-14-2013 i towed car to Honda dealer at Huntersville And they estimate about 1800 $ and this is not my income in year 2012 or 2013 i decided to tow back to some private people I call AAA and talk to Linda according to her she collect my personal information and all other where is car is now and Did you pay to Honda dealer& and other =Yes while I was paying to Honda she was on phone and she like to talk with sales person and I hand it my Mobil phone to sale man and later on AAA associate Linda a refuse towing according to her she cannot tow business to business then I said OK do it business to my home if Honda not fix it OR I do not have $ 1800 plan to fix then & I have to tow back to my home but she said last week I tows car from my home to Honda Dealer& and you are not fixing then you have to pay for commercial rate and I do not understand then she told me AAA will going to charge and I got argument why they charge i tow only one time and I can't fix and pay $1800 if it could be some other problem in car. AAA Refused towing business to Business, Local Auto towing provided towing information I paid to local auto shop charge 120 for fixing my car I am not wish to pay to fix 1800 $ and AAA force to me they can't tow or sold car to dealer or fix it with $1800m it's not make a sense I paid to other towing company $ 70 and they tow from priority Honda dealer to rapid car care I paid from my pocket for towing because AAA refuses towing, I further request to AAA to reimburse charges I visit local office in Charlotte and several time calls then I got a form to fill out i going to submit with this message Hemal shah Whom I concern to, I am hemal shah Towing issue AAA refused towingI had a Honda civic year 200 model It’s not in working condition since may 2011 and last time AAA towed in may 2011 since no one drove this vehicle October 4,2013 I visited to DMV office and get 10 day driving permit AAA driver refuse for tow and I explained to him that I had a permit but he report to AAA after towing vehicle on 10-04-2013 and next time I have to tow back I had a hard time with AAA 10-04-2013 AAA towed car at priority Honda at Huntersville,NC According to Honda maintenance cost about 1900 $ and I refused I have to pay them Diagnosis fee and labor ,I call AAA for towing and I talk to Linda according to her I have t pay first to Honda dealer and then they will tow car while talking on phone more than 20 minute finally she ask that she like to talk to salesman and I hand it my cell phone and then when I paid money AAA change mind She told me they cant tow one business to other if you like to tow then AAA will be charges as si corporate business charges I requested to tow priority Honda to my home then she said I do not have valid licence plate If I do not have valid licence plate but I have a driving permit AAA refused towing
