Date11-14-2013 Account # I am hemal shah concern about Water Utility Bill I went India on january15, 2013 and come back USA on 04-01-2013 two and half month we not use any water Month of February, march April and may is about 30 $ I like to know how much charge would be minimum if not use even gallon water ? January15 I went India before I cut off (turn off) both valve in side and outside and no one stay home also Still I got high bill show up in statement This is not fair I visited in august at charlotte water utility department and communicate with charlotte water about issue according to them they excuse something that were I am not understand I refuse charges when charge apply $ 58.00 in statement and this year water line not disconnected If water line disconnected then they will apply reconnection fee as is $ 59.00 but before they apply in bill and is not fair $58.00 apply in account without disconnecting water in august bill and city has to post credit for $58.00 I fill like I am ripping off by city of charlotte Today I am not paid my past bill because I had a hard ship and I do not have job since 2010 April I work temporary job but it’s not help to pay my bill Last time in august crisis ministry paid water bill but they not paid as is full and other amount forward in bill I work part time job Sunday 4 hours a week and this is not good income that I can pay my bill and mortgage Today water disconnected without notice 11-14-2013 Hemal shah
